Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Playlumozo (the "Site", the "Realm"). By browsing Hot Games, Rankings, or any quest briefing, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Playlumozo is a free catalog and launcher for browser HTML5 games. We publish editorial rankings, category maps, and quest briefings (introductions, controls, tips, FAQ). Games themselves are hosted by third parties.
2. No accounts
We do not provide login or profiles. Hearts and recent-play lists are stored in your browser only. You are responsible for that data if you share a device or clear storage.
3. Editorial rankings
Hot lists, Top Rankings, star scores, and player-count banners are curated for discovery. They are not user reviews, betting odds, or guarantees of quality or availability.
4. Acceptable conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site unlawfully or to harm others
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest the catalog at scale without written permission
- Attempt to disrupt servers, bypass security, or reverse engineer the Site
- Misrepresent affiliation with Playlumozo or game publishers
5. Third-party games
Embedded games, ads, and in-game purchases are controlled by their publishers. Their terms and privacy practices apply inside the game frame. We may remove titles from the Realm without notice.
6. Intellectual property
Site layout, branding, editorial briefings, and original assets belong to Playlumozo or licensors. Game icons and embeds belong to their respective owners.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND GAMES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE BRIEFINGS, OR COMPATIBILITY WITH EVERY DEVICE.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Playlumozo WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED USD $50 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS (TYPICALLY ZERO).
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Playlumozo against claims arising from your misuse of the Site, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify the Realm or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We may suspend access for violations.
